These terms apply to the deployinn Chrome extension, dashboard website, and server behind them. By installing or using deployinn you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension.

deployinn is built and run by Srujan Ranpise in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Support is available at hello@deployinn.com and we aim to reply within 2 business days.
What deployinn does
deployinn adds a Deploy button to code on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok. When you click it, code is copied to a GitHub repository in your account and run as a website, server, or database on hosting operated by deployinn.
Your accounts and content
You must be 18 or older and are responsible for your account, connected services, and everything you deploy. Deployed sites are public and GitHub repositories created by deployinn are public. Do not deploy secrets, API keys, personal data, or confidential content.
Hosting and acceptable use
Plans set limits on projects and monthly computing usage. Free apps pause when included usage runs out and start again at the beginning of the next month. Do not use deployinn for phishing, impersonation, malware, exploits, spam, crypto mining, attacks, or unlawful or infringing content.
Plans, payment and changes
Pro costs $29 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Taxes are added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the seller of record. You can cancel from Manage billing and refunds are handled under the Refund policy.
No warranty and limit of liability
deployinn is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for deployinn in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be handled by the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India. Questions, abuse reports, and takedown requests: hello@deployinn.com.

deployinn is a Chrome extension and dashboard that publishes code from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to GitHub and hosting operated by deployinn. This policy describes exactly what the extension and server do with data.
What the extension reads
On Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok, the extension looks for code blocks and adds a Deploy button. It does not send conversations, messages, or account details anywhere. Code is read only when you click Deploy. Clipboard access is used only for Claude artifacts and “Deploy what I copied” after you request it.
Your deployinn account
We keep your email, optional name and profile picture, sign-in records, project names and statuses, deployment results, environment variable names, plan, and usage. We do not keep your code, environment variable values, or database contents in our own database.
What is sent when you click Deploy
Your code, project name, source site, and sign-in token are sent to our server to create or update a repository in your GitHub account and build the app on our hosting. Repositories created by deployinn are public, and deployed apps are public on the internet.
Payments and third parties
Pro subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, the seller of record. Card details are entered on Dodo’s page only and never reach our server. We use providers for GitHub, hosting, email, analytics, error monitoring, and sign-in as described in this policy.
Analytics, support, and retention
Analytics is off until you allow it, on this website and in the dashboard. If you allow it, we record page views, clicks, scrolling and where people click on a page, and screen recordings of how pages are used, so we can fix what is confusing. Text you type is masked in recordings. You can change your choice any time with Analytics settings in the page footer. Support requests and account records are kept while your account exists and deleted with it; attachments are deleted when the request is resolved.
Your rights and contact
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and withdraw analytics consent. Write to hello@deployinn.com from your account address; we aim to reply within 2 business days. Data may be processed outside your country, including in Australia, Japan, the United States, and Europe.
Security and children
Traffic uses HTTPS, sign-in tokens are stored only as one-way hashes, and environment variable values are not sent to analytics. deployinn is for people aged 18 and over. Questions or deletion requests: hello@deployinn.com.
Refund policy
This policy covers the deployinn Pro subscription. The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time from Manage billing in the dashboard. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that. Deleting your account cancels your subscription first, so you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee.
Refunds
First payment: email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Renewals: email us within 48 hours of an unintended renewal charge for a full refund.
Mistakes: duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised charges are refunded in full.
Otherwise: we do not give partial refunds for unused time.
How to ask
Email hello@deployinn.com from the address on your deployinn account with the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method through Dodo Payments and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
If a payment fails
We retry the charge. If it keeps failing, deploys are paused until you update your card. Your apps are not deleted.
Who sells Pro
Dodo Payments is the seller of record for Pro subscriptions. Your receipt and invoice come from Dodo.
